DETAILS:

  • 7:00 The trip starts in the city of Riobamba (2754 meters above sea level), we pick you up from your hotel, we head towards the Chimborazo Fauna Production Reserve, in a journey of more than 1 hour approximately. 
  • 8:30 We arrive at the first refuge of Chimborazo located at 4800 m altitude, here begins the walk of approximately 3 hours to the Needles of Whymper (5300 m). This trip is done in approximately 4 hours between going and returning.
  • Once at Whymper Needles you will have the opportunity to take amazing pictures, serve yourself snacks and relax to the fullest.
  • We returned to the parking area and headed to the restaurant located in the San Juan parish.
  • 15:00 Lunch at St. John's parish. 
  • 17:00 We return to the hotel where this wonderful adventure ends.
