Trek - Inca Trail

The most important road system built by the Incas in the Tahuantinsuyo territory is located in the western Andes mountain range. The stretch of the Trek - Inca Trail It takes three days to reach the castle of INGAPIRCA in the province of Cañar, along the way the visitor will be amazed by the imposing constructions of tambos, canals and water management systems, lagoons located in the highest part of the mountain range and most importantly will travel at all times on the road used by the INCA in the conquest of the empire. It is undoubtedly the exact place to reconnect with our origins.

ROUTE DETAILS

We leave at 7:00 a.m. from the city of Riobamba towards the Alausí canton, in a 2 hour trip, where we will have breakfast, and then transfer to the Azuay community located 30 minutes away where we will begin the Inca Trail crossing impressive landscapes, lagoons and important archaeological sites in a journey that lasts approximately 8 hours to the camp in the Chacapamba sector located next to the impressive Culebrillas lagoon, where we will spend the night.
