DETAILS

• 8:00 The trip begins in Riobamba (2754 masl), we pick you up from the hotel where you are staying. We make the tour of the Atillo Macas environmental tourist corridor, on the way we pass through several indigenous rural parishes until we reach the Atillo lake complex.

• 10:00 We will visit the viewpoint towards the lagoons from where we will take incredible photographs, we will be able to approach the mirror of water of the mysterious Laguna Negra, then we will take a walk to get to know the place and visit the transition moorland between the Andean vegetation and the Amazonian vegetation.
• 13:00 For lunch we will taste a traditional dish.

• 15:00 We take a relaxed walk through the Chalán ravine until we reach the Paleontological Site where the footprints of the mastodons that lived in the place approximately 40,000 years ago rest.

• 17:00 We return to the hotel where the trip ends.
