A tour between snow and mountains, complemented by a visit to the Chorrera cliff, a natural site with incredible landscapes.

In Chimborazo you will also be able to learn about the constructive form of Andean houses, take photos of Andean camelids, buy handicrafts and take magnificent photographs climbing the mountain to 5100 meters above sea level.

DETAILS:

  • 8:00 The trip begins in the city of Riobamba (2754 masl), we pick you up from your hotel, we go to Chimborazo, in a journey of more than 1 hour approximately, on the way we will make several stops to take pictures of incredible landscapes and acclimate. 
  • 10:30 We arrive at the first refuge located at 4851 m, we walk 1 km to the Condor Cocha lagoon (5080 m) passing through the Whymper refuge. This tour is done in approximately two hours and thirty minutes between going and returning.
  • 13: 00 We visit one of the most incredible places on the mountain, the Chorrera cliff, a volcanic lava formation 1 km away, where you will feel the total disconnection and relaxation that the mountain gives you.
  • 14:00 We have lunch in the mountains and return to the city of Riobamba (Restaurant of the San Juan Parish).
  • 17:00 We return to the hotel where this wonderful adventure ends.
